Delivery, cancellation and refunds — review draft
No purchases or charges are accepted in the current preview. The proposed service supplies an English digital report through an authenticated web page, with an email access notification. There is no physical shipment or subscription.
Before purchase, customers must be able to review and correct their details, see the final total and delivery timeframe, and save the applicable terms. A failed email alone must not trigger a second charge; existing-order access recovery should be attempted first.
Proposed handling: investigate duplicate charges, missing access, incorrect product delivery and technical defects against the original order. Offer correction or a refund as appropriate under applicable consumer rights. Do not promise prediction accuracy or make refund eligibility depend on agreeing with the reading.
There is no blanket “all sales final” rule. For UK digital content, any proposed loss of the cooling-off cancellation right requires the applicable prior express consent and acknowledgement and confirmation in a durable form. Merely personalizing a report or accepting general terms must not be treated as sufficient. Statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed content remain unaffected.
The verified support contact, cancellation request method, applicable time limits, refund processing timeframe and payment-provider procedure must be completed before checkout opens. Do not submit full card numbers. This draft does not authorize automatic refunds or chargebacks.
